Furniture designers determine the need and preferences of clients and potential buyers.They designs furniture for homes, offices, hotels, stores and other uses.They decide about shape, size, weight and the materials to be used.The designer makes sketches to present for approval.Then the designer constructs the samples or models or prepares the detailed plans drawn to scale.
