[one_half][ads1][/one_half]Clinical Research is a systematic study for new drugs in human subjects to generate data for discovering or verifying the clinical, pharmacological including pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic or adverse effects with objective of determining safety and efficacy of the new drug. This new profession demands roles such as a clinical research associate, clinical team leader, project manager, manager-clinical trial supplies, quality assurance manager, medical and regulatory affairs manager, data manager, data entry operator, data analyst medical writer and head of clinical operations.

MSc Clinical Research Eligibility

A bachelors degree in any health sciences subject.

Academic Year Commencement

August – September.

MSc Clinical Research Scope

The increase in quality standards in health, pharmaceutical industry (Pharma, Biotech, CROs) and increase in socioeconomic status is highlight of the Indian scenario on par with global standards. In this context there is growing demand for qualified and trained professionals to support local and global pharmaceutical companies for the conduct of international standard clinical research. According to Bio Spectrum there is 2,50,000 job vacant globally and according to Mckinsey report 50,000 clinical research professional will be required in India alone.
