Agriculture AGRICULTURAL MECHANIC (DIP) 

Agricultural equipment technicians assemble, adjust, operate, maintain, modify, test and help design a whole array of modern farm machinery.Such machinery includes computer computer controlled automatic animal feeding systems, milking machine systems, and tilling, planting harvesting, irrigating, drying and handling equipment of all kinds. Agricultural equipment technicians work with various kinds of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, thermal, and gas or diesel powered machines and mechanisms involved in sophisticated equipment’s.

AGRICULTURE ENGINEERING (DEG/PG) 

Agriculture scientists study farm crops and animals and develop ways of improving their quality they look for ways to improve crop yield and quality with less labor and control pests and weeds effectively and converse soil and water.

DAIRY ENGINEERING (DEG/PG/DIP) 

Dairy engineering is a subject related with the equipment’s and machinery required for procurement. Processing and storage as well as transportation of dairy products.

FERTILIZER TECHNOLOGY (DIP/DEG) 

Technology used to increase the fertility of the soil by using natural and synthetic materials.

AGRICULTURE SCIENCE (DIP) 

Agricultural scientists study farm crops and animals and develop ways of improving their quantity and quality. They look for ways to improve crop yield and quality with less labor, coutol pests and weeds more safely and effectively and conserve soil and water.

CROP PRODUCTION (DIP/PG DIP)

Farm crop production technicians assist farmers and agricultural business in the planning, planting, cultivating, caring for harvesting and marketing of field crops, such as grain and cotton and of orchard and vineyard crops, such fruits, nuts and berries.

DAIRY ENGINEERING (DIP)

Dairy engineering is a subject related with the equipment’s and machinery required for procurement, processing and storage as well as transportation of milk and milk products. Dairy engineer is required to have basic knowledge of mechanical and process engineering as well as the knowledge of the chemistry of milk products.

DAIRY SCIENCE (DIP)

Study of rearing cattle. It also includes study of various breeds, production of high grade milk raising of grain and fodder crops to feed the animals.

FERTILIZER TECHNOLOGY (DIP)

This course is a specialization dealing with manufacture of chemical fertilizers needed for better yields.

FARM MECHANICS & POST HARVEST TECHNOLOGY (PG DIP)

Farm mechanics assemble adjust, operate, maintain, modify, test and help design a whole array of modern farm machinery, They are also taught post harvest techniques and how to process the produce.
