ELECTRICAL PUMP & MOTOR REPAIR (CER)

The  Electricians pump and motor repair technicians assemble, adjust, operate, maintain, modify, test and help design and repair electrical pump and motor.

ELECTRICAL WIREMAN (DIP)

Electrical wireman lays out, assembles, installs, tests and maintains electrical lighting as well as other electrical fixtures and gadgets.

MECHANIC – RADIO & T.V (CER)

Radio and T.V technicians are trained in the repair and maintenance of electronic equipment .Most of their work involves identifying problems in the equipment and carry necessary repairs.A radio technician’s work ranges from installation to maintenance, repair and servicing of wireless transmitting and recieving apparatus.

A television technicians work is to install and adjust television sets using hand tools and electronic testing instruments to tune recievers in all channels and to observe audio sound and video image characteristics to locate source of trouble, to repair defective parts, adjust controls to obtain desired density, focus and size of picture.

WIREMAN (CER)

A Wireman’s work is to carry out and maintain the wiring of electrical lighting and heat distribution system, power installations and electrical fixtures in buildings.

ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING (DIP)

Electrical & Electronic engineers design, develop, test and supervise the manufacture of electrical and electronic equipments. Electrical equipment includes power generating and transmission equipment used for electric utilities and electric motors, machinery controls, lighting and wiring in buildings, automobiles and aircraft.Electronic equipment includes radar computers, communication equipments and T.V sets.

ELECTRICIAN (CER)

Electricians install and maintain electrical systems for a variety of purposes including climate control, security and communications.They may also install and maintain the electronic controls for machines in business and industry.

Electroplating is the process by which articles as diverse as automobile bumpers and electronic components are given a protective or necessary surface or a more attractive appearance with a layer of chromium, nickel silver, gold or other metal by using a heating solution and an electrical current.The skilled workers who do this job are known as electroplaters.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT (DIP)

It includes production, effective distribution and utilisation of energy from renewable and non-renewable resources of energy.They assess efficiency in the use of energy and the amount of energy lost through wasteful processes and prescribe remedial steps to conserve energy.

HEAT POWER TECHNOLOGY (DIP)

Heat power technology refers to both heating an d cooling.Technicians working should know exactly how long  to heat an object and how long to cool it.People working in this area should have knowledge of all metals, heating and cooling process, and the desired qualities of the end products to determine how to heat and cool an object and for how long.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIR OF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES (CER)

The maintenance and repair of the electrical appliances which are used with electricity.The may include house appliances and power tools.They must find out the cause and failure and set it right.
