FOOD HANDLERS COURSE 

HOTEL MANAGEMENTS – A course which trains people to take customers orders serve food and beverages and prepare itemized checks.They are called waiters or waitresses also.

HOUSE KEEPING (DIP / PG)

Management of an organization’s household affairs such as finance, physical upkeep of the house and the office.Also includes reception and hospitality.

RECEPTIONIST (STC / CER)

Receptionist so named because they receive callers to places of business, have the important job of giving a business clients and visitors a positive first impression of the business.These workers greet clients and visitors and answer their questions and assist them to meet the people in the office they wish to see.Receptionists also answer telephone, take down calls and convey messages for the other employees.

Food and beverage managers purchase, receive, and store food and related non-food products and ensure that they are available when required.
